NF SKIN

As the in-house lead graphic designer at NF Skin, my biggest undertaking was leading a complete rebranding of the company. My aim was to give the brand a refreshed, modernized and emboldened look.

At the time, CBD was still new and not well understood. I opted for a simple and approachable design to demystify the product. One of the ways I achieved this was by creating a minimal leaf favicon that highlighted hemp and provided a quick visual representation of the company. To enable clients to envision their own designs without distracting them with our branding, I used the YOURBRANDHERE logo on all private label mock-ups.

Catalogs

I created all layouts, mock-ups and illustrated icons for our catalogs that were distributed digitally and in print. They would serve as a guide for products, ingredients, packing choices, and benefits.

Trade shows

Trade shows are an integral part in acquiring new clientele. I designed the booth, banners, business cards, folders and apparel shown here. I illustrated icons that quickly communicate information about products to passersby. A black booth stands out from competitors who use mostly white. Modern, simple lines and playful, stylized icons make the booth feel friendly.

NF offered design services, but clients could also create their own designs for packaging. One important task was creating documents and templates to instruct how the private-label program works and how to correctly design labels to ensure the print process went smoothly. I created all mock-ups, label templates and die-lines. I also contributed to the copy that explains graphics and label printing. Furthermore, I used colorful designs and relied heavily on illustrations to make these documents easy to read and approachable.


Social Media & Emails

Social media and emails focused on eye-catching, cheerful and educational graphics. The main message— creating your brand is easy and fun. Instagram posts and emails demand attention, using bold color and graphics while communicating details about our white label products or the benefits of CBD. We wanted the social media and emails to feel like a beauty magazine— light-hearted, feminine and youthful.
