At Baptist Health South Florida, I served as an in-house designer for the Human Resources department, leveraging my skills to develop a range of digital and print materials that effectively promoted career opportunities, hiring events, and recruitment campaigns. My creations included emails, social posts, webpages, videos, and print advertisements, all aimed at attracting top talent to one of South Florida's largest healthcare providers.


Back to Baptist Campaign

Back to Baptist was a boomerang campaign that targeted former employees who had left in good standing and aimed to re-engage them with the company. I developed a strategic approach with three key themes: "Career FOMO", "Rediscover what you've missed", and "Your career update 2.0". Through compelling social and email content, I showcased the company's growth and employee perks, effectively attracting new applicants.


Social Posts & Ads

We promoted job openings, hiring events, and other recruitment-related content for Baptist Health on LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook. I utilized vibrant, attention-grabbing designs, featuring happy individuals to showcase the positive work environment at Baptist Health.


Print

I designed multiple print assets to advertise job opportunities and recruitment events. Flyers were mainly sent to colleges across the nation, targeting students. Postcards were mailed out to potential candidates advertising about hiring events and hospital openings. I organized the information into bite-sized pieces so that individuals could efficiently read and understand the crucial information.


Emails

I created daily emails to advertise job openings and events, aimed at those working in related industries. I incorporated images of joyful individuals in appropriate attire for increased relatability. Bright and attention-grabbing designs were used to make Baptist Health stand out in recipients' inboxes.


Web pages & Banners

I maintained the Baptist Health career website by keeping it up to date. I crafted landing pages for open positions that highlighted the benefits of working at Baptist Health. To promote new opportunities and events, I also developed banners for the website. I utilized bright colors and eye-catching graphics to catch attention, and included images of diverse, joyful individuals to create a welcoming atmosphere.
